Food Magnetism - How Does This Affect Your Health

There's a saying in the health industry that you'll never look at food in the same way after you hear of food magnetism. I have to admit it was so in my case. We constantly look at food in terms of the amount of calories, fat, carbs, and fat that it contains. We usually do that because our goal is to maintain the best diet which will keep us thin and trim. However, we're missing out on a crucial aspect of the food we eat: the nature of its magnetism.

You see, what most people don't know is that each food (and even combination of food) has either Invigoration Magnetism (positive) or Contaminating Magnetism (negative).

Invigorating Magnetism is positive in the sense that it attracts health and well being (mental and physical) while Contaminating Magnetism is negative in the sense that it attracts disease. Invigorating Magnetism also promotes and assists weight loss while Contaminating Magnetism may cause excessive weight gain.

Food Magnetism is the basic tenet of the Magnetic Diet. This diet is unique among all others because it doesn't concern itself only in weight loss, but also in the way that you feel. The more positive your overall magnetism is, the less prone you are to depression and stress. It's important to pay attention to food magnetism because our state of mind directly influences our ability to lose weight and the rate in which we do so. It's also much easier to go on a diet while making sure that your state of mind is as positive as possible.

I urge you to start taking Food Magnetism into consideration when choosing what to eat. It may have a profound effect on your health and weight.
